Southwest Radiation Oncology is a group of physicians who are all board certified in radiation oncology offering the best in radiation care. Our services include some of the most up-to-date cancer care available anywhere, including high dose rate brachytherapy as well as Cyberknife and Gamma Knife Radiosurgery. At SRO, our focus is on providing the least invasive and most effective treatment in the shortest possible time. This means that we offer treatment such as breast brachytherapy in which a woman completes treatment for breast cancer in about a week and high dose prostate brachytherapy which can complete a man’s treatment for prostate cancer in as little as two days. We have an active research interest. Our physicians have been recognized nationally. All are listed in Best Doctors in America, one is in Castle-Connolly’s list of America’s Top Doctors, and one has been listed by Redbook magazine as one of the top doctors for breast cancer treatment and by Ladies’ Home Journal as one of the country’s top doctors for women.
